  • Original Tags & Packaging: All tags must remain attached, and the item must be returned in its original packaging, including accessories and inserts.

  • Approval & Label: If your request is approved, we’ll send a return shipping label and packaging instructions via email.
  • Unauthorized Returns: Items shipped without prior approval will not be processed. Wait for our confirmation before sending the package.

  • Fee Structure:
    • Defective Products: We provide a prepaid return label for damaged, malfunctioning, or defective items (no cost to you).
